1) MONTHLY

This can be done on your own. If there is any damages call Kimco: (801) 420-4672

2) ANNUAL

Kimco will check your fire extinguisher, test it, and provide the tag that shows you have a working extinguisher.

3) 6-YEAR REFILL

To ensure extinguisher functionality, Kimco will recharge your extinguisher every 6 years.

1) Check each extinguisher once a month

2) Ensure that the discharge outlet is not blocked

3) Ensure that the pin seal is not broken

4) Check to see if the needle is in the green

5) Check for damages such as dents
